How to reduce PDF files to be used in the members download page, BEFORE UPLOADING

A pdf file that should be used only as digital file should be reduced so the file dimension is reasonable. This is very important for Student Manuals and Lesson presentations that contains a lot of images.

To do so you need to open the generated PDF file and do as in the following image:

This functionality will do a downsampling of all images in the file and the file dimension will be reduced.
This task should be performed on any pdf file before the upload and you can save the new file adding _web to the filename so you know that is the file to upload.
